1. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed by GDW-Gent for the purpose of entering into and executing agreements with GDW-Gent. These agreements are mainly related to the provision of legal services and processing due to a legal assignment. In order to optimize these services, the data can be used to improve the services of GDW-Gent and to manage the relationship with the client.
2. DATA OBTAINED VIA THE WEBSITE
Data obtained automatically via the website is only kept for the purpose of optimising the website. This concerns IP addresses, location data and general surfing behaviour.
The website also contains forms, the content of which is tracked in order to respond to the questions or needs attached to these forms. This information will not be passed on to third parties.
